The next Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) annual forum in March will focus on regulation across borders, enforcement and cybercrime.

There will also be a session on “innovation-driven complexity”: how competition forces providers to differentiate offerings, thus adding to complexity, confusing consumers and resulting in mis-selling and unforeseen consequences.

Registration has opened for the two-day forum in Sydney on March 24-25, plus the ASIC annual dinner on March 24.
