On November 28 we published a report (“Strata title insurance concerns referred to ACCC”), in which Leichhardt MP Warren Entsch named several major insurers which he said had left the north Queensland strata title insurance market.

CGU has contacted insuranceNEWS.com.au to note that while it was included on Mr Entsch’s list, it has not withdrawn from the market and “distributes strata insurance via Strata Unit Underwriters, a wholly owned subsidiary”.
