The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has reissued the document Pro Forma 209, which highlights the changes made to Policy Statements 166 and 146. It has also provided further clarification on some of the Australian financial services (AFS) licensing jargon.

Intermediaries who have already completed their AFS licence application who want to take advantage of the changes should apply for a variation using form FS03. A full list of changes is at www.asic.gov.au/fs.
