The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the financial services licence of Faulconbridge business NSW Independent Insurance Brokers.

According to the Blue Mountains Regional Business Chamber, the general insurance broker served the Blue Mountains and Penrith region for more than 30 years.

The broker’s website has been taken down.

ASIC found it failed to lodge financial statements, auditor reports and auditor opinions for two years, and failed to maintain membership with an external dispute resolution scheme.
