AFCA shifts online for next member forums
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) will hold online forums for its members over two days later this month.
AFCA says a plenary session and a banking and finance forum will be held on May 26, while sessions focusing on superannuation and life insurance, investment and advice, and general insurance will be held on May 28.
Agendas will be released in the next few days and a private link to attend will be available to all members via their portal five days before the event
AFCA last held forums in Brisbane last November and in Melbourne in October where it discussed complaint statistics and highlighted key issues affecting the different sectors.
