Three Western Australian brokers have combined their operations to form a company that they hope will allow them to grow faster and bigger in the relatively static WA market.

LEED, Dry Shand and Campbell & Partners – all IBNA brokers – will become IBNACentro. The directors of the new company say the merger will enable them to build better IT resources and become more customer-focused. Claims management will be handled inhouse, said director Lindsay Dry, and the new company’s greater size will enable it to access services that are out of reach to smaller brokers.
