We reported last week that IT giant Unisys may appeal against a court decision that went against it in a drawn-out battle with RACV Insurance. RACV won about $3 million in damages after a Supreme Court judge found Unisys had engaged in misleading and deceptive conduct over the installation of a “paperless” high-tech system.

Unisys announced on Friday that it will appeal the decision.
