Merchant banker Malcolm Turnbull hasn’t been out of work long. He is stepping down as co-chairman of Goldman Sachs, but has already been offered work by Financial Services and Regulation Minister Joe Hockey running the scheduled review of the Managed Investments Act.

The terms of reference for the review haven’t been announced yet.
