Training body releases draft report for feedback
To ensure the industry standards keep pace with the changes in the financial services industry, the National Finance Industry Training Advisory Body (NFITAB) has released a new draft report outlining skills requirements for the next five years.
The report summarises how the Financial Services Training Package will need to be improved. The aim is to ensure Australia’s financial services industry sets “world’s best” standards and continues to be the best in the region.
NFITAB is inviting financial intermediaries to give their feedback on the draft report, which will be passed on to the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA). ANTA will use the report in allocating funding for future development activities planned for early next year.
