Strata Community Insurance, CHU Strata Insurance and Strata Unit Underwriters have again topped a ranking of commercial and residential products by independent analyst StrataRatings.

They retain the platinum status awarded in last year’s inaugural review.

“Those receiving platinum awards did so not just by having comprehensive wordings, but also by having a strong structure that the wording is built off,” StrataRatings MD Simon Plummer said.

“A well-rated insurer, liberal distribution method and well-proportioned policy benefits are vital components and what sets these industry leaders apart.”

Strata Community Insurance MD Paul Keating says the ratings reflect the strength of products on offer.

“This acknowledgement supports part of our strategic intent of building truly authentic and valued products for the strata industry,” he said.

Gold award winners in the residential class are CHUiSaver Strata Insurance, Expert Strata Insurance, QUS Strata Insurance, Longitude Insurance, Chubb Insurance and Hollard Insurance.

In the commercial segment, gold award winners are Expert Strata Insurance, QUS Strata Insurance, Longitude Insurance, Chubb Insurance and Hollard Insurance.
