Issues hindering QBE’s involvement in Sunrise Exchange’s Online Quoting system have been resolved. Sunrise® Exchange GM Insurance Lisa Woodley says a “technical agreement” has been reached with the insurer to support the Online Quoting Service.

“We’ve had problems relating to the way the Online Quoting system interfaces with the QBE system,” she said. “It’s been as simple as that, but it has taken a while to sort out.

“The solution we have reached together is much better than we had hoped it would be. QBE home and motor products will be available through Online Quoting in the market soon.

“When they are available we will be contacting all our intermediary customers.”
