QBE has won the National Insurance Brokers Association’s General Insurer of the Year award for the ninth consecutive year.

The 12-year-old award, presented yesterday at the association’s annual convention on the Gold Coast, saw the local arm of the Sydney-based insurer secure 34% of the “best overall” vote to beat fellow finalists Allianz and CGU.
