For one moment there we thought former FAI MD Rodney Adler and Financial Services and Regulation Minister Joe Hockey would really share the podium at the Australian Insurance Law Association’s annual conference on the Gold Coast in September.

The Minister and Mr Adler are due to both speak at the conference on September 28; but no, not at the same time. The former FAI boss and HIH director has been a strong critic of the Liberal Party – and a strong defender of his own actions in HIH – over the past couple of months.
