NZ award finalists named

New Zealand's peak broker body has announced the finalists for next month's national awards for excellence, which cover brokers, insurers, loss adjusters and service providers.

The awards were set up to provide a more meaningful local version of the annual awards organised by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance in collaboration with Singapore-based Asia Insurance Review.

The Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand says it has had a huge response to its call for nominations, and the finalists have been selected by a panel of experts. The awards night will be held at a gala dinner in Auckland on November 7.
