Associated Marine Insurers MD Adrian Norman will leave the company at the end of this month, with National Marketing Manager Stephen Ford taking over.

Zurich CEO David Smith, who is also Chairman of Associated Marine, says Mr Ford rejoined the Zurich-owned company last year after five years in Asia. He has worked in international marine insurance operations for 20 years.
