Is this a case of poacher turning gamekeeper? Prominent litigation lawyer John Price has joined Insurance Enquiries and Complaints as its new referee. Mr Price was a litigation lawyer specialising in industrial personal injury and accident compensation. He will now be responsible for determining disputes where an allegation of fraudulent behaviour has been made.

He previously worked at plaintiff law firm Maurice Blackburn Cashman, and has been involved with WorkCover, the Accident Compensation Scheme and other insurance schemes.
