Macquarie Business Banking wants brokers to take part in its latest Insurance Broking Benchmarking Survey.

Respondents have until November 15 to complete the survey, the fourth undertaken to identify industry trends and key performance drivers.

Macquarie Head of Insurance Broking Rachael Lavars says the research also allows brokers to compare their performance with others.

The results feed in to Macquarie’s biannual Insurance Broking Benchmarking Report, to be released in March.

Ms Lavars says she expects to see “some emerging insights on competition driven by direct online sales”.
