Mackay homes finally assessed
More than 98% of housing claims from the Mackay floods have now been assessed, says ICA.
The Government’s Flood Recovery Taskforce last month set the “ambitious” goal of having flood-damaged homes repaired by Christmas.
An ICA spokesman told insuranceNEWS.com.au that depending on the level of assessments, the deadline of completing repairs by the end of the year remains on track.
