Insurance Enquiries & Complaints CEO Sam Parrino is seeing first-hand just how tough the public liability market has become. In a report, IEC has noted that it received 664 calls complaining about public liability insurance in a three-month period.

An IEC report on public liability insurance has revealed that between April 10 and June 21 this year, 338 consumers called the facility to complain about being unable to obtain cover. Of these, 177 reported that the insurer had declined renewal and 88 said the premiums were too expensive.
