IOS launches new website

The Insurance Ombudsman Service (IOS) has launched a new website that provides an interactive “Disputes Wizard” that helps consumers determine whether the service can help them.

Insurance Ombudsman Sam Parrino says the website, which also has a translation feature, will “help simplify the dispute resolution process for both the consumer and the participating company”.

“By supplying the Dispute Wizard alongside answers to frequently asked questions and industry news, we have managed to produce a simple yet comprehensive website.”
