The Immobilise Now! Campaign, which encourages the owners of older vehicles to fit anti-theft electronic ignition immobilisers at relatively low prices, has moved on to NSW and the ACT.

Overseen by the National Motor Vehicle Theft Reduction Council – a joint initiative of all seven Australian state and territory and the insurance industry – the campaign has been deemed a big success in Victoria and Tasmania, where it was launched last year. It’s  supported by extensive advertising promising quality immobilisers installed at special prices.

Immobilise Now! Will be launched in Queensland, SA and the NT in July.
