Insurance Enquiries & Complaints has announced its May 2002 appointments. Geoffrey Crick and Denis Nelthorpe have been reappointed as the consumer representatives on the IEC board.

For the running of the General Insurance Enquiries & Complaints Scheme, Ronald Beazley and Matthew Welsh are the alternate panel chairs and alternate adjudicators. Geoffrey Peacock will sit on the Claims Review Panel.

The Privacy Compliance Committee consists of Chair Richard Viney; industry representative Robert Drummond; and consumer representative Nigel Waters.
