Insurance Brokers Disputes (IBD), which handles complaints by clients against their broker, has moved office to a Melbourne building sometimes called “Complaints Central”. Now enscounced at Level 13, 31 Queen Street, IBD shares the building with (among others) Insurance Enquiries & Complaints, the Financial Industry Complaints Services and the Banking Ombudsman.
