Hazards researchers outline community feedback
Registration is still open for Natural Hazards Research Australia’s “Hazardous” webinar tomorrow.
The session will detail recent interviews with bushfire-hit Victorian, NSW/ACT and Tasmanian community members concerning fire prediction maps.
Natural Hazards Research’s Blythe McLennan will moderate a panel featuring Country Fire Authority senior research scientist Dr Chloe Begg and RMIT University principal research fellow Dr Erica Kuligowski, who will outline their findings and how they can be used in map design.
