Flood: ICA to talk to communities
The Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) is fronting up to flood-affected Queensland from tomorrow when it joins the Financial Ombudsman Service and Queensland Legal Aid in a series of community consultations.
The meetings will be held in Ipswich, Goodna, Karalee, Oxley, Yeronga and Indooroopilly and will provide information for those affected by the floods. The forum will also allow policyholders to raise issues directly with the industry.
ICA also plans to provide an update on the recovery process.
The first of the meetings will be held in Ipswich tomorrow, Goodna on Wednesday, Karalee on Thursday, Oxley on February 15, Yeronga on February 16 and Indooroopilly on February 17.
