IAG CEO Michael Hawker is standing down from the Financial Literacy Foundation Board, citing pressure from other commitments. Assistant Treasurer Peter Dutton has replaced him with Vanguard Investments Australia MD Jeremy Duffield.

Insurance Council of Australia CEO Kerrie Kelly is already on the 10-person board, and is now also the sole general insurance industry representative.
