Elite risk management program launched
The peak body for risk management professionals, the Risk Management Institution of Australasia (RMIA), is set to launch a professional development program for the nation’s more highly qualified risk managers.
Only those RMIA members who have achieved Certified Practising Risk Manager (CPRM) status will be eligible to participate in the program.
RMIA President Brad Greer says to achieve CPRM accreditation, risk management practitioners must satisfy educational, professional and ethical requirements, and undergo a rigorous assessment process. “The process is designed to test candidates’ body of risk management knowledge, application of that knowledge and personal attributes.”
The CPRM professional development program will be launched at the RMIA national conference in Adelaide next month.
