Dual fraud trial delayed until next year
A married couple accused of defrauding Dual Australia of $17 million between 2011 and 2013 will stand trial next year.
Former Dual national claims manager Josie Gonzalez has denied 358 counts of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage.
Her husband Alvaro Gonzalez has denied 360 counts of dealing with the proceeds of crime.
The criminal trial is scheduled to start on April 29 next year.
