Dive In festival helps insurers attract best talent, Lloyd's says
The insurance industry’s Dive In diversity and inclusion festival, now in its eighth year, helps create an environment that attracts the best talent from broader backgrounds, Lloyd’s says.
Registration is now open for the 2022 festival, which centres on the theme Building Braver Cultures. More than 150 events will take place across at least 40 countries on September 27-29.
“We’re absolutely committed to building a more inclusive market – one that welcomes and represents the diversity of our customers globally, embraces innovation and enables high performance,” Lloyd's Head of Culture Mark Lomas said.
Dive In, which was originally conceived by Lloyd’s, “shines a spotlight” on achievements so far, as well as the work still required, he says.
"It offers a chance to reflect on our progress, educate ourselves and learn new skills to create an environment that attracts the very best talent,” Mr Lomas said.
Featuring locally at Dive In sessions this month are former Australian of the Year and AFL star Adam Goodes, Australian Women’s Rugby 7s player and Olympic gold medallist Ellia Green, and former Socceroo Craig Foster.
