Corrigan award finalists selected
Ten Australian, NZ and Asia-Pacific insurance professionals have been selected by an eminent panel as finalists for the inaugural Peter Corrigan International Exchange Award. They are Chris Hunter QBE Insurance (International) NZ; Kay Jackson, RGS Insurance Brokers, Australia; Roger Wallace, AMI Insurance NZ; Mark Barn, Ace Insurance, Australia; Max Broodryk, AIG Australia; Kylie Coster, Tower Australia; Neil Goss, Australian Unity General Insurance; Margaret Tsai, Ace Insurance, Taiwan; Agus Harahap, PT Aon Indonesia; and Caville Harvey, EIG-Ansvar, Australia.
The award was set up last year by Trowbridge Deloitte and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance to commemorate the memory of Peter Corrigan.
The award is intended to help young insurance professionals to develop their leadership abilities and international business links. $10,000 will be shared each year between two award recipients to support an international program of work, study, research and cultural exchange.
The winners will be announced before the end of the month.
