Brisbane storm losses continue to rise
The hailstorm that hit Brisbane on November 27 has led to more than 102,300 claims valued at $1.08 billion.
The storm caused extensive damage to vehicles, windows and roofs as it tore through the city during rush hour.
The latest Insurance Council of Australia figures make it the most costly natural disaster since ex-Tropical Cyclone Oswald, which crossed Queensland and NSW in January 2013, causing $1.1 billion of damage.
