Insurance Enquiries and Complaints CEO Sam Parrino has been appointed as the independent chairman of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters' (AICLA) Disciplinary Committee. The former barrister was invited to take up the position by the AICLA executive.

Secretary Tony Lipke said AICLA is very happy to be working with Mr Parrino. Ultimately the disciplinary committee will investigate breaches by members of the institute’s charter.
