Graeme Adams, General Manager of Insurance Manufacturers Australia, has been appointed to the board of Insurance Enquiries and Complaints. He replaces Rick Jackson. And ICA’s former man in Victoria, Denis Trafford, has been appointed an industry representative on the Claims Review Panel.
