… while three join ICA board
ICA has endorsed three new directors to the national board. IAG CEO Mike Wilkins returns after an absence of several years, and AIG CEO Chris Townsend and Gen Re MD Chris Crowder have also joined.
Mr Wilkins – a former ICA President when he represented Promina on the board – replaces his predecessor at IAG, Mike Hawker, who resigned in May. Mr Townsend and Mr Crowder were elected for the first time during the same month.
ICA ratified the 12-month appointments at a board meeting in Melbourne last week.
