Zurich Financial Services Australia has joined forces with Bstar – a professional services group specialising in SME solutions – to develop a program focused on growth and change for financial advisers. 

Zurich says the program will provide advisers wanting to grow their business with a range of strategies, including benchmarking, referral sources and business templates.

Carl McGann, Head of Zurich’s Adviser Services, Platforms and Products, says industry feedback indicates “growth and succession” are among the greatest concerns to advisers, especially since the introduction of the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA). 

“The FSRA has really focused the minds of many advisers on what their plans are for the future of their business,” he said. “We believe the program will provide substantial benefits to the industry and its advisers.”
