Zurich Financial Services Australia has revamped its risk distribution team, adding 14 staff after clearing court and regulatory hurdles to purchase Macquarie Life’s risk portfolio.

The new appointments will join the business development, risk strategies and strategic account teams in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, SA and WA.

“The life insurance advice landscape is evolving rapidly, and advisers are looking for help in reshaping their businesses to adapt to change and to turn it into opportunity,” Life and Investments Head of Distribution Kristine Brooks said.
