The Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA) has made two changes to its board following its annual general meeting last week.

Schroder Investment Management Australia CEO Greg Cooper and Australian Ethical Investment MD Anne O’Donnell will replace long-serving board members Justin Wood and Maurice O’Shannassy.

Mr O’Shannassy was awarded honorary life membership of IFSA after serving on the board for 11 years.

Perpetual MD David Deverall will remain as Chairman, while Vanguard Investments Australia MD Jeremy Duffield and Macquarie Bank’s Banking & Financial Services Group Head Peter Maher retained their posts as Deputy Chairmen.

The other board members are Michael Bargholz (AllianceBernstein Australia); Brian Bissaker (Colonial First State Investments); Robert Coombe (BT Financial Group); Allan Griffiths (Aviva Australia); Warren Lee (Axa Australia); Geoff Lloyd (St George Bank Group) Craig Meller (AMP Financial Services); Steve Tucker (MLC Australia); and Maria Wilton (Franklin Templeton Investments Australia).
