Treasury has begun consultation on proposed law changes that will provide greater flexibility for financial advisers to show they have met the conditions of an approved degree. 

The draft legislation enables advisers to satisfy the conditions via an academic transcript issued by the provider of the approved degree and/or a statement issued by the provider.
