TAL has joined forces with the Personal Injury Education Foundation (PIEF) to provide professional courses for its claims and rehabilitation teams.

The partnership will offer the Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management for entry-level roles, through to a Master of Personal Injury Management for senior claims professionals.

“Our customers want to know that the claims professionals who are handling their claim understand their situation and will support them through the journey,” the life insurer’s GM Claims Mary Maini said.

“Continuing to equip our people with the right skills to help our customers is essential to a good experience at often a very distressing and difficult time.”

PIEF is a non-profit member-based and registered training organisation that offers education programs, events and initiatives for the personal injury and disability management industries.
