Life insurer TAL is seeking 11 candidates for its next graduate program.

The two-year program will start in February and is designed to provide a structured learning curriculum coupled with practical experience in actuarial, finance, group life and retirement business, individual life business and technology.

“A career in life insurance is diverse, exciting and has true purpose, supporting and helping customers through their most challenging times,” GM people and culture Paola Molino said.

Good academic results are not the only attribute the insurer is looking for.
