TAL expands adviser education program

TAL has announced it will introduce 20 new courses as part of this year’s program for its adviser education platform, the TAL Risk Academy.

The life insurer says the additional initiatives “build on nine years of educational expertise” provided by the learning scheme, which now will host more than 110 courses across four key categories: Advice Skills and Training, Business Management, Education and Professionalism, and Professional Year.

TAL Head of Sales and Partnerships Beau Riley says the new courses prepare participants to be “continually adapting to changing industry and adviser needs”.

“Through our comprehensive and flexible suite of courses, informed by adviser feedback and delivered by trusted subject-matter experts, we are proud to support advisers to provide excellent advice and build thriving advice practices,” Mr Riley said.

TAL has also introduced new monthly programs, including an AskAnExpert monthly tech series and an Ethics Month to help guide advisers through industry obligations and guidelines.
