TAL announces digital super service
TAL has launched a new digital solution for its super fund partners to help enhance and simplify insurance services for members.
The life insurer says the TAL Connect platform aims to embed customers’ “superannuation and insurance journeys” to allow easier access when utilising its services, such as Cover Assist and Claims Assist.
TAL says members will now be able to easily lodge and manage their claims, provide medical information, access health support and check payment detail schedules.
TAL Group Life and Retirement CEO Jenny Oliver says the service reflects the company’s targeted investment into technologies over the past three years to help improve customer experience.
“TAL has always had a strong commitment to delivering leading digital experiences for our partners and their members,” Ms Oliver said.
“With TAL Connect, we are continuing this commitment by embedding personalised digital member experiences into the superannuation journey.
“TAL Connect supports a full digital experience starting from the moment a member wants to lodge a claim with their superannuation fund, right through to recovery support.”
The program was jointly launched with TAL partner Aware Super.
