State Street regional head joins FSC board
State Street Global Advisors’ Head of Asia-Pacific Lochiel Crafter has been elected to the Financial Services Council (FSC) board.
FSC Chairman Greg Cooper says Mr Crafter will bring “considerable experience” to the board.
He has 25 years’ experience in the Australian financial services industry and in southeast Asia’s financial hub, Singapore.
Previous roles include Westpac Investment Management investment director of asset allocation, Commonwealth Investment Management manager of quantitative portfolio management and Mercury Asset Management manager of quantitative research.
The other board members include Challenger CEO Brian Benari, AMP Group Executive of Insurance and Super Pauline Blight-Johnston, Australian Unity Investments CEO David Bryant, Equity Trustees MD Robin Burns, MLC CEO Andrew Hagger, Aberdeen Asset Management MD Brett Jollie and AIA CEO Damien Mu.
