TAL has added more than 10 workshops and webinars to its Risk Academy this year.

The life insurance training program now features 33 courses covering professional development and industry education. More than 90 continuing professional development points are available for completing the whole curriculum.

The academy has also joined forces with Charles Sturt University, making credits available for progressing to “master class” level and completing case studies.

TAL GM Retail Distribution Niall McConville says the insurer is proud to offer an industry-leading education program.

“Our comprehensive suite of professional development programs has been designed to help advisers grow their skills and their businesses,” he said.

“The programs have been developed using the excellent feedback we have received from the more than 9000 attendances at courses since the launch of TAL Risk Academy.”

Courses and materials are accredited by the Association of Financial Advisers, Financial Planning Association and Tax Practitioners Board.
