Resolution Life has made two appointments in its executive leadership team.

Dean Mulheron has become chief product and marketing officer, overseeing the company’s focus on growth opportunities. He previously served as GM for the customer offering team.

Mr Mulheron will be supported by Nathan Taggart, who will serve as marketing and partnership head after joining the insurer from Zurich Australia, where he was head of strategy and partnership capability. 

Company secretary and governance head Lisa Hayes’ role will be expanded to include general counsel duties. Before joining the insurer, she was general counsel and chief risk officer for Integrity Life.

Mr Mulheron and Ms Hayes will report to CEO Tim Tez, who said: “These new appointments will play an important part in our ongoing customer service and retention focus, delivering valued customer offerings and ensuring we are well placed for future growth.”
