Regulators have issued the reporting template for the third and final round of pilot collection of life claims and disputes data.

A questionnaire and definitions document have also been released as part of the preparatory work for the establishment of a public reporting regime for claims information.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority are overseeing the project.
