Another Promina manager has left Suncorp, with Dennis Fox announcing his retirement as Group Executive Wealth Management.

Mr Fox was CEO of Promina Financial Services before the merger with Suncorp. He also served as CEO of Royal & SunAlliance Financial Services during his 35 years in the industry.

Former National Australia Bank/MLC executive Geoffrey Summerhayes will replace Mr Fox.
