Specialist life insurance company PPS Mutual has appointed Ivan Werner as Business Development Manager NSW. 

Sydney-based Mr Werner formerly worked at ANZ and ran Acacia Growth for seven years. He will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and managing key adviser relationships within the region.  

PPS says his deep understanding of financial advice and leadership experience in both financial services and competitive sports will boost the team. 

PPS Mutual is headed by CEO Michael Pillemer and supported by PPS South Africa. It is owned by its Australian professional members, typically doctors, lawyers and accountants, and its life risk insurance products are designed for them, and only offered through independent financial advisers.
