Specialist life insurer PPS Mutual has appointed Shadia Kouzma as State Manager of Victoria and Tasmania, reporting to Director of Distribution Brian Pillemer.

Ms Kouzma was previously insurance business development manager at ANZ Wealth and OnePath.

In the newly created role at PPS she is responsible for developing relationships with life insurance advisers.
