Asteron Life has appointed David Plant as EM Operations and Strategy Implementation.

He is tasked with fortifying the distribution arm’s operations with strategy and working closely with advisers.

Mr Plant has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and was most recently GM operations at Aon Hewitt Financial Advice.

He will manage the operations and shared services function across the adviser distribution business, and will report to EGM Adviser Distribution Jordan Hawke.
